Supported by Colne Valley Male Voice Choir

Colne Valley Boys

Colne Valley Boys started in March 2010 as a non profit making organisation.  See our objectives under the information "About Us"

The group is run by a team of dedicated, unpaid volunteers, but does incurr significant running costs for professional fees, music licenses and other costs.  The choir has received, initial funding from Colne Valley Male Voice Choir, Colne Valley Lions, a number of private donations and a grant from the West Yorkshire Police Community Trust and the Colne Valley Area Committee, which has helped with the start-up costs.

We are now seeking to create a group of patrons who can be a parent of a member, relative, friend or someone who is supportive of encouraging young boys to take up singing.  The cost of this privilege is £30 per year and entitles the individual to a variety of benefits including:

  • 2 tickets to one performance (CVB own concert)

  • Regular newsletters (accessed by the internet or by post)

  • Access to the members/patrons only area of the Colne Valley Boys website

  • Invitations to special events such as open rehearsals

  • Your name listed on the website as a patron of the choir

If you wish to take up this opportunity please send a cheque for £30 made out to

" Colne Valley Boys ".
